little gymies.
One of the best perks of my new position is Hazel can participate in classes at the gym. Little Gymies is a class offered for 1 to 3 year olds and now that she is walking we decided to give it a try. I was worried she would just want to hang with me, but boy was I wrong! She had so much fun exploring around all the obstacles. Her favorite was the plastic animals and of course the music. A few times I caught her over by the music player shaking her booty and clapping her hands. I managed to capture a few blurry shots.

office makeover.
Steve went on a work trip last week, so we decided to surprise Dada with an office makeover. We started renovating the office when we first moved in, but it has been neglected lately and just needed some finishing touches. Steve has been working really hard lately and we wanted to bring a little more color and "fun" to his office.

cheese.
Hazel's new word of the week is cheese. She even knows where it is located and will go right for it when the fridge door is open. Here she is enjoying some mac-n-cheese!

just ducky.
We have just about completed another house update! We decided to conquer Hazel's bathroom this month and it is about 95% done. I am on the hunt for some yellow towels (thinking polka dots) and some tubby pictures of Hazel for the walls. We pretty much replaced everything and we are happy to say we did it on a very tight budget! It was hard to take pictures of the tiny room, but I managed to snap a few.

the great outdoors.
This past month we have been focusing our efforts on curb appeal and testing out our landscaping skills. We have removed a ton of rocks, dug out numerous dead plants, removed a TON of weeds, planted several new shrubs, mulched where the rocks once were, and spray painted our beat up lamp post. A special thanks to Grandpa and Grandma Gardner and Auntie Cheef for all their help! It is a work in progress, but we are happy with the little bit of change.

Check out all of the rocks and weeds! All of that is green is WEEDS! |

Looking forward to our new vibernum to bloom at the corner of the house. |
