first haircut.

Hazel received her first big girl haircut this week!  We have home trimmed it in the past, but this time we decided to visit the professionals.  They didn't take off very much at all, but a little cleaning up made a difference.  Hazel was super during the cut, so she was able to enjoy a very well deserved ice cream at the end!

8 months.

Lola turned 8 months last week and we couldn't be any prouder.  She has popped three teeth, learned to crawl, and is starting to wave!  She is also very aware of her name and continues to watch and now follow her sister non-stop.  It is so cute to watch them together!

7 months.

Lola is 7 months old!  The days seem to be speeding up because we blinked and she turned seven months.  She is still just as sweet as can be and the happiest baby.  She is in the 90th percentile for height and 70th for weight.  Her cheeks seem to be holding a lot of that weight.

Hazel is 3.

Hazel turned three on March 23rd and we are still in a little bit of shock.  It is so hard to believe that we now have a 3 year old!  Hazel had such a wonderful time celebrating her birthday with family and friends!  Her party was at the Little Gym, which is one of her favorite places to go these days.  They played lots of games, listened to music, ran around, had pizza, and of course ate lots of cake.  The most memorable moment for us, was seeing Hazel blow out her birthday candles.  We were a bit surprised with her new approach.  Instead blowing them out quietly, she yells, "FUFF, FUFF, FUFF" until they blow out.  Needless to say, it had us in hysterics.  We love you HAZEL BEAN!

Lola is 6 months old!  I can't believe she is half way to a year.  These have been the fastest six months I can remember.  She continues to be cute as a button and smiley as can be.  Her giggles are addicting and Hazel continues to get the best ones out of her!

5 months.

Our little Lola is now 5 months old.  She continues to be just the happiest baby.  Last week Lola rolled from her tummy to back and from her back to tummy.  She is doing a great job developing and I see her sitting up on her own soon!
