crawling.

Hazel is crawling!  Slow but steady (kind of)...

thankful.

We feel so blessed and thankful for our wonderful family and friends.  What a wonderful Thanksgiving we had in Michigan celebrating just that.  Many thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Gardner for a great trip!

meet madison.

Hazel and I just returned from a wonderful trip to NY. We had such a wonderful visit with Mimi, Grandpa, Auntie Michelle, Uncle Nate, and the newest addition to the family...Cousin Maddie! Maddie is just adorable and such a fun, relaxed baby like her Uncle Nate! We also had some surprise visits, while we were in NY. Courtney happened to be in town so we were lucky enough to spend an afternoon together and Hazel got to meet Mommy's dearest friend. We also got to spend a wonderful afternoon with Aunt Laurie and her new puppy Melvin (who is beyond cute). Hazel and I had so much fun, but we did miss Daddy and we look forward to our visit in December when we can go as a family!

On our way to see Cousin Maddie.

Happy Birthday Steve!

Last Sunday was Steve's birthday and Hazel and I were in NY visiting baby Madison. We were bummed to not be with Steve on his special day. Hazel and I feel very blessed to have such a great Daddy and Husband! We love you!

Nicki comes to town.

How fun it was having Nicole in Madison for the weekend.  We had a great time hanging out and catching up on all that we have missed the past couple months.  We look forward to our trip in January to DC so we can see her again!
